The requirements were for a detailed survey of the existing building services and to produce detailed drawings including schematics to update existing plans. The academic laboratory facility was originally constructed in 1965 and since this date has undergone significant refurbishment programmes.

Project outcomes

The works included the refurbishment of the existing dual duct ventilation system, upgrade of fans and associated motors, commissioning of systems and the production of detailed ‘As Fitted’ information.
